- Factory Girl:The Weinstein Co. has sealed a last-minute pact for Paramount to release "Factory Girl" in Blighty. The pic is expected to open Feb. 9, the latest possible date to qualify for the 2006 BAFTAs.

- Jumper: Reuters refers to Jumper as a "time-travel saga", which might hint at a significant difference between the book and the movie (or at a reporter who does not know the difference between traveling in time and teleportation?)
